How can I book?

Do I need to pay a deposit and how can I pay?
We do not take a deposit, the balance can be paid on delivery. We accept payments by Cash, Card or via PayPal.
What is included in the price?
The product you have chosen, plus accessories such as pegs, sand bags, mats and blower, Delivery, Installation & Collection. We offer a free 12 mile delivery service from Potters Bar, over this distance will be charged at £1 per mile, just to cover fuel costs!
How long will setting up and taking down my castle take?
This depends on the size/piece that you hire, it also depends on access to the site/venue. We like to allow 20-30 minutes for each. (Please bare this in mind if booking a venue!)
Can I book all year round, what happens in bad weather?
Of course, our castles can be used indoors or outdoors. If your booking is for outdoors and there is rain forecast, we offer a free rain cancellation on the day before. We will only ever cancel if the wind or rain is the cause, this is purely for the safety of our customers.
What if the equipment gets damaged/dirty whilst on hire?
Hopefully this will not happen, this is why the equipment should be supervised by a responsible adult and used correctly. However, if any damage is caused, or if the equipment is dirty, you the hired will incur a charge for repair/cleaning.
Where can the equipment be set up?
The equipment can be set up on any flat, even surface. Please ensure that the area is large enough, also allowing 6 feet at the rear for the fan to be installed. We ask that you ensure that there us good access, and the area is clear if any animal foul, stones, mud or sharp objects.
Is there anything that I need to provide?
You will need to ensure that we have access to an electricity supply, no more than 45 feet away from the inflatable.
Can I keep the equipment overnight?
Of course, as long as the area is safe and secure. There will be a charge of £20 to keep over night.
Will I get a discount if I booked multiple items?
Yes, please give us a call to discuss this further!
What if I need to cancel?
If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you the hired will be charged 50% of the hire cost. If you cancel within 24 hours of the hire, you will be charged the full amount.
Can you provide supervision?
Yes we can, however this is subject to staff availability and will be subject to a fee. Please call to discuss.
How can I find out about your upcoming inflatable fun day events?
Information regarding our events will be posted on our Facebook page, alternatively you can give us a call or drop us an email.
Will you be updating your equipment?
Absolutely, we plan to continuously upgrade and add to our equipment. If there is something in particular that you are after, let us know! Also, some of our castles come with interchangeable artwork. These are available in any theme, as long as you give us as much notice as possible!
